COACH EMILY

Hi, I’m Emily. I’m a health, wellness, and nutrition coach. I have coached group strength and conditioning classes for 13 years. I wanted to create a space where experienced practitioners and newbies alike would feel comfortable, make big progress, learn and explore new tools and modalities, and have a blast and make some friends in the process. I created The Fit to take care of every aspect of our member's health. People hold so much potential inside themselves and our job is to connect them to that and have a lot of fun along the way. 


Growing up I was an overweight kid, when I was 21 I lost my mom to obesity-related diseases and that loss inspired my own health and wellness journey. I started running, learned to lift, and acquired certifications along the way to help as many people as I could. I started coaching full-time in 2011, started nutrition and health coaching in 2013, and a women’s all-inclusive wellness retreat in 2021.


When I am not coaching you can find me hiking with my family, cooking, and spending time with our black lab Gus. My greatest passion is helping people realize how much control they can have over their health, how they live, and how they feel. We work hard, we have fun and the results change people's lives. You do not need to be perfect to get started, you just need to start, to show up, and we will meet you where you are!  I am so happy to be able to offer a space for you to challenge yourself and change your life.

COACH JESS

Hi, I’m Jess! I love fitness, pushing myself and clients to reach their potential and feel amazing while doing it. I work with people to see what they CAN do. Strength training empowers me and I have seen it transform people physically and mentally. There is nothing better than helping people work past their limitations to realize how much they are capable of. 


When I am not training you can find me enjoying concerts, traveling, and spending time with my husband and our spoiled dog Macy.

COACH ELAINA

Hi! I am Elaina. I live in Derry with my husband and son. 


I am a trainer, nurse, mom, and nutrition specialist. I love how exercise can transform people's energy, confidence, and life. There is nothing like being a part of people reaching their health goals. I love high-energy workouts and strength training. 


We work hard and have a lot of fun. 


I am so excited to see you in the gym.

COACH MELANIE

Showing up for yourself in the gym is the best way to prepare yourself to show up for the ones you love, and that’s exactly what I’m here to help you do in our 1-1 training AND all our classes.

Having an efficient program designed for your personal lifestyle and goals that will challenge and progress you physically, and at times mentally, is the best way to level up your training routine. In our training I will always meet you where you and construct a program that will progress you towards your goals.

This will involve not only doing the things you WANT to do and are excited about, it will also entail doing the things you NEED to do.


 My overall goal is to strengthen your body, your mind and your commitment to yourself all while having fun and keeping you safe so you can continue to live your life with ease and do the things you love outside the gym.
